  1. Bit of a down year for the Henderson invite. I'd guess it getting moved to Saturday might've been partially to blame. Was really bummed to not see guys like Mcmenamin, Henderson, Dahl, etc., in that 3200. Great solo win for Campbell though. Looks like Addison went to just to blitz it from the gun, and he was about 500 meters from looking like a genius (in a 3200 I don't think thats too far off). HUGE run from Ritz. I'll admit every time he's run low 4:20's I've still written him off, but 9:23 in what wouldn't be considered his main event is huge. I'm super pumped for Class though. He's been overshadowed by Dahl and Hepp, and has constantly served as a relay leg. For him to come out and prove his worth as an individual and pick up a win with a 1:54 is awesome. Same goes for Sauer in 2nd. Sean Brown has to be up there amongst the favorites for the AA 1600 title. He has to have the best kick in the state, even if he's not the fastest dude around. If he hangs around long enough in his races, he WILL win. Lots of other notable stuff, but those are my takes.

  2. Quite a battle between Sam Affolder and Dalton Hengst. A couple of 4:08's from underclassmen.
