  1. For GV the best order would be Ned-me-Billy-Matt. Junior year Billy ran 1:55 four times (Lower Merion invite, Districts- both days, and Nationals SMR- all splits).

Also, I wanna say Winstar was the anchor and Aziz was lead off. At least that's how they did it at nationals 2 years ago (they were lined up next to us). I think that may put them in the top 3. Not sure but maybe.

    1. Wistar by PRs: 2:00/4:20/9:11
      Aziz by PRs: 2:02/4:19/9:14
      Dahl by PRs: 1:58.1/4:22/9:15

I think you could make arguments to put any of them in at 12 or 16 but things are pretty interchangable in my eyes, shouldn't make a significant difference on the time (admittedly they were only a tenth away from Brehm and Carlisle so who knows)

what i find most interesting is that i just lined up dahl's frosh numbers next to a couple studs from PA and they are pretty darn similar ... big, big potential for nick dahl this season

    2. This Dahl kid will be great if he doesn't burn out. One of the best PA has ever seen in fact.

  2. Not to stray away from the topic but which teams do you think are the favorite to win the 4X8 this year?

  3. More heats! Also add Pennsbury if you haven't... Webb, Snorweah, Sauer, and Harriman.

Bensalem as well... Rivera, Qhyle, Cox-Fin, and Francis.
