Heat 1: 4x8

The 4x8 will have three prelim heats with the top two automatically qualifying for finals and then the next 6 fastest times will join them. Everything is purely based on my own opinion so keep that in mind. Also keep in mind this is a mock race so people's ability to run fast will be affected by the amount of people around them. Also keep in mind that runners will relax if there team is in a position to qualify for finals to save energy. Sorry in advance for type-os, bad math, wrong Prs, spelling errors and people I didn't know about. It will happen but I will try to limit it as best as possible.

So let's get this started with heat 1. Here are the teams:

  1. I'm pretty sure you switched C. Gatchell and E. Gatchell on your Red Lion team...He's not faster than me yet.

    2. Hey, you're doing a lot better than I would be. I wouldn't even mind, except for that whole sibling rivalry thing...

    2. Wait a second, I just realized there are "heats" as in more than one of these postings? Let me pop open a RedBull.

  3. Very solid knowing everyone's splits like that. There were a few people on this list who's name I didn't even know, much less 800m time. You should do a 4x1600 for this as well, even though I can't see Henderson losing that battle. O'Hara easily coming in second.

  4. Don't forget CRN. They'd be pretty good with Chris Campbell's 4:14, Zingrini's 4:13, Wilson's indoor 4:15 (Mile), and Mac Emery has run under 4:20 as well (not to mention 3:09 DMR split and 9:11 3200)

    1. Mac has run under 4:20? Wouldn't have guessed that, but I do remember that crazy 1200 split, I don't think anyone but people from CRN saw that coming. CRN is definitely an easy third. Maybe NA fourth.

    2. I know he split 4:22 on a DMR junior year outdoors... I meant to put he had the potential to break 4:20. Not sure if he ever pulled it off in a dual meet senior year, but he clearly had the wheels to do it

  5. I know it doesn't really matter but why wouldn't you have Rivera lead off for Bensalem?

    1. with this being only a qualifying heat, i decided it was probably better to give him someone to chase rather than make him do all the work on a lead off leg ... for the finals, he was a lead off man
