  2. Basically if you're not in D1/3/7/12 you are irrelevant.

Also crazy part is if this list included 2010, CB South would probably win using the relay that actually ran together rather than a dream team relay, crazy to think about.

    1. Not only would they be using just a real relay team, but they'd most likely win the whole thing! In high school I'm taking Mallon over Lufebure all day.

And not being in those districts does not make you irrelevant (the top runner on my XC list in from single A and District 4. NEB has had some fantastic runners from D4 as well. Not to mentioned Domenic Deluca from last season. D11 usually brings it as well (Shearn and Abert are great examples) of that as well, and D6 always mixes it up. These divisions usually have much larger school (especially in District One), which is why we see stronger relay teams.

    2. Irrelevant was a mean word, just not powerhouse. If you're from D1/3/7/12 and you medal high at districts you're usually in contention for gold at States. I mean this strictly for AAA. Others are just not as strong. I get it, the pool of students are much smaller, but yeah.

I sort of wish outdoor states was like an enhanced indoor states with districts kind of being like MoC. Just hit a pretty difficult time, 49.75 400, 1:56.5 800, 4:20 mile, 9:25 3200. Not exactly those but I just threw those out as a guideline. Just so it's the best of the best. I guess the champs of districts could get an autobid but that's all.

    3. For Penncrest you forgot Tre Moore and Anthony Batch? Both who split 1:53 in 2011

  3. I think NP is the 12th seed. Also, mccauley and gaibler may have had a better spilt than johnson

  4. Why would they be the 12th seed? Etrain said top 2 teams from each heat make it. Hence the capitalized 'Q' next to.CRS' name

  5. NP listed time was slightly faster, unless there was a calculation error
