MoC Individual Selections

First off, just a reminder that in 6 days is the Henderson Warrior XC Classic 3200m. It's awesome chance to run fast and test your fitness before the big meets at the end of the season. Honestly, if I still lived local I would be in attendance at this meet (maybe in June I'll be competing over there) because it is a rare opportunity for a fast 32 and always a well run meet. I tried to mix in a good amount of Freshman and Sophomores as well as Juniors and Seniors to keep things interesting. Keep in mind these individuals are completely subjectively chosen, but when it doubt I usually defaulted to the state and district meet results. So you can debate why I included certain people but understand that, at the end of the day, it just came down to opinion.

Because I am doing this for the readers and it is not a real event, I will also be making a special exception this year. Comment on this post with the name of 1 individual that you would like to see in the race. It can be anyone in the PA high school level. I will include the first 7 names that are given.

P.S. As mentioned, I will be doing a preview for the Henderson meet early next week. I will also do a preview for this mock meet of champs meet as well. If you have any additional ideas for posts you would like to see before the regional previews start rolling in, please let me know!
