  1. Notes from Ursinus:
-Mile results mostly underwhelming. A 4:38 shows that JIhad is clearly trying to up his endurance to improve upon his 1:53 800 from last spring. Makes him a potential favorite in February for me.
-Kid from Tatnall, 4:31 9:13 double as a soph, beautiful day for him.
-Brandon Hontz, a rookie to winter as far as I'm concerned, doubled a 4:34 DMR anchor to a 2:00 800. Thats a ridiculous double for someone's first time running indoors.
-Yoquinto, kinda in and out of the picture for Shanny during XC, put in a big statement win over Hontz in the 800. That time this early is flying, as it would already put him on the cusp of qualifying for states last year.
-I felt the 3000 had the least amount of big names, but the guys in this race shined. Three juniors in Borger, Derafelo, and Ainscoe battled to the low 9:20's. Hard not to think one of these guys gets down to around 9 flat and challenges for a state birth.

  2. Joe Cullen, 1:54(?) guy, solo'd a 9:30 on an incredibly slow track at Kutztown. Kid has major range.
