Henderson XC Invitational

As a tune up for districts, Henderson will be hosting another invite to get in some sharpening races under the lights. I don't have time to preview this at the moment, but here's some info to utilize.

    Does anyone know if the DTW runners are hurt or if they just skipped another meet? If they're hurt again that will impact district and state predictions big time.

      injured or not, they all raced only one or two 5ks this season... i think thats a mistake.
