In Case You Want To Make Sure You Didn't Miss It

So as you may have heard, I'm currently in the middle of a post streak record attempt. If you haven't heard of it, you can read a fake news article about it by clicking here. But to save you some trouble, this basically means I'm trying to make a post a day for roughly 60 days in a row. I started nearly a month ago on January 17th, which means there have been a lot of posts here on the blog. Therefore, I decided to make a quick post that can serve a variety of important purposes.

1) Give you some quick tips on ways to keep up with all the posts
2) Put up some links from some of the posts I've already made that people may or may not enjoy
3) Make a post to keep the post streak alive for yet another day

OK, let's hit these key points. First, let's address point #1. Personally, I think the easiest way to see all the posts that have gone up is by going to the blog archive on the right side of the page. It's right below the page view tracker and it's a fairly easy way to check for posts since it has every one we've ever done.

Another good way to click around is by checking the "hot right now" section of the site. This is two fold. The "hot right now" part at the top gives you a list of the top 7 most viewed posts within the last week. It gives you a chance to check out what has been popular for others. You can also check out the "recent comments" feature that our man Garrett added to the site to track which posts the conversation has been on and keep up with all the action. Plus we have a featured post at the very top of the page that gives you a quick way to check out an awesome post that didn't make the PA centric homepage.

Another thing that I highly suggest people check out is the filters. There's some quick tabs across the top that sort by category (the most active ones historically have been "NCAA", somewhat self explanatory and "General", basically where I go to post random posts) and give you posts only in desired topic. But we also tag every post with labels for things like "Interview", "etoscars", "ehatton", "the11", "TTP" (this one is new so I only just started tagging posts with it) and more. A quick access list of all the labels is on the right side underneath our logo. You can also click any label at the bottom of a post to see more like it.

Got it? Well, I hope so because I'm moving on. Now let's talk about some posts that you might have missed over this post streak.

Garrett Zatlin gives a stock market approach to the indoor NCAA seasons thus far with his show me the money post
Etrain looks back at past state meets to see what he can learn about trends and great performances
Garrett Zatlin interviews Matt D'Aquila in the second post of "The Commit", a series talking to seniors about their college choices
Etrain posts about Harry Potter and running together because apparently he didn't have another post idea that day
Etrain tells about the Running Diaries having it's own website so that the 5 people who read the Running Diaries can get hype
Etrain talks about the DMR and what it will take to pull out the W

Also be sure to check out LXV+ as I just posted the most updated distance event standings for the indoor state championship. Less than a week before the entries go official!
DMR
4x800m
Mile
800m
3,000m

Still to come in the post category during this streak will be plenty of state previews and analysis, some American Ninja Warrior talk, probably some trips down memory lane in All My Friends Are Runners and much more based on ideas that all of you fine people have. So definitely stay tuned, check up with us frequently and enjoy the site.

Alright so that checks off, #1 and #2, now to finish off #3. Um, yeah this seems long enough to just stop here. Count it, Tom.
