The most exciting time of the year! Tomorrow, we will get to see who qualifies for the NCAA championship and who goes home with their season cut-short.
Below, I have made my predictions for all 9 regions! Be sure to take a look and let me know what you think! You'll notice that the top two teams in each region are highlighted in green. That's because the top two teams are guaranteed a spot to NCAA's. The other 13 teams will be decided through a complicated point-keeping system called the "Kolas Method" or the "Kolas Calculator". This process is very complex and it is interconnected with nearly every other region. Check out some videos on Flotrack or look it up on Google to learn more.
Also, keep in mind that the top four runners in each region not on a national qualifying team will qualify for NCAA's individually. For more specifics on the qualifying criteria, here is a USTFCCCA link that explains the process.
