Individual
It is going to be a very exciting race up front with five guys who could challenge for the win. Kipkoech and Terer of Campbell Unviersity been having a great season so far and they have only showed signs of improving. The same goes for George Parsons who has been known to make races exciting with his mid-race surges. The other contenders are Edwin Kibichiy and Henry Wynne.

When all is said and done, I see Edwin Kibichiy emerging as the victor. He is someone that will push the pace and attempt to drop the competition early on. He's taken down Parsons once this season with that method and I imagine he'll want to do it again. Wynne is a strong runner, but I don't see him being able to hang with Kibichiy and the Campbell duo over 10k.

Team
Team-wise, the Southeast region has been a bit disappointing this season. Aside from the always-dominant program of Virginia, no other team seems to be close to the levels they were at last season. Eastern Kentucky has disappointed (although they do peak in the post-season) and Furman has yet to run any of their top guys!

I see NC State joining Virginia as the other automatic qualifier to make nationals, but in reality anyone could take that final spot. It will be a dog-fight for positioning among NC State, Virginia Tech, and Eastern Kentucky with the coveted qualifying spot on the line.
