Individual
The win will most likely go to an Arkansas runner. The only question is, which one? Realistically, four Razorbacks could pull off the win, but the team title is the main focus.
I can't imagine we will see Arkansas completely sweep the field which is why I think Emmanual Rotich could break up that pack. He's been very underrated all season and has competed against some of the best. If Arkansas focus' on pack running, he could very well win the regional title.
Team
As mentioned above, Arkansas probably won't sweep the field individually. They will, however, dominate the race and easily pack their scorers into the top 10. Behind them will be Texas will be who should be (and most likely will be) the 2nd team to cruise to get the automatic qualifying spot.
